Why We Dance
We dance for mental clarity, emotional stability, physical fitness and a myriad of other pluses. Although it’s been said that there is an intangible reason for why we dance and one that comes from outside of us that we can’t explain in words. We just feel it. It is just an amazing feeling that comes over us and we are compelled to move our body. We dance for expression, to find ourselves and to lose ourselves for just a moment. We are unique and individual when we dance. It is an expression of our true being and an outlet to influence others to know this innervation of our parts. If you ask different people your going to get different answers every time. The bottom line is: Why not dance?
